Concealed
Firearm Permit is honored
in the following States
| These states in
BLUE have an
active Concealed Weapon reciprocal agreement on file with
the State of Utah. This means your Utah permit allows
you to carry concealed under their respective state statute,
and Utah will reciprocate by recognizing Concealed Weapon
Permits issued by these states. The states in ORANGE
honor the Utah Permit. The states in RED
do not honor the Utah Permit. |
It is extremely
important that all Utah Permit holders be aware of the Concealed
Weapon requirements and laws of all reciprocating states. A Utah
Concealed Firearm permit does not supersede any other state's law
or Concealed Weapon requirements, ie: Legal conduct with a Utah
Firearm permit in the State of Utah, may not be legal in the State
of North Carolina with a Utah permit.
